We appear to have 2 Coding Style pages, and an hook for a link on the How to contribute page. How about one article/page on Coding Style, and fix the link accordingly?

- I think we need multiple coding style pages, but I think we only need two levels of hierarchy. I.E. I could see Codingy style/Error handling or Coding style/Strings and Coding style/Formatting but I don't see a reason to split it out for C.
